Aim of all my interventions is to help you become mobile again - and keep you that way. The core treatment I offer is the Bowen Technique, but I am also proficient in Reiki and Bach Flower remedies. Of course, I can also offer a combination of therapies tailored to your circumstances - depending on what you need. I will always work with you and explore ways with you to help your body cope with pain and stress.
Areas of particular interest in my practice are back, shoulder and neck problems including sciatica, frozen shoulder, lumbar pain as well as long term chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, stress and anxiety.
